This global wedding marketplace oversees around 850,000 wedding vendors—including photographers, boutiques, venues, wedding planners, and beauty suppliers—connecting them to over four million couples around the world. 

Their mission is to inspire, inform, and celebrate people as they move through life's biggest milestones. Their intention is to make wedding planning straightforward, stress-free, and inclusive by connecting individuals with their ideal vendors and venues—one that not only gets their uniqueness but champions it. 

To make this possible, they employ copywriters and content writers to embolden each digital storefront with the personality, SEO technique, and clarity needed to drive couples to hit the CTAs and linger longer.

04 Challenges

Multiple Clients

TKWW is the hiring company but their clients are both the couples searching for wedding photographers and the photographer's themselves. Both are paying for a service that provide ease, so both must be satisfied by the copy presented to them. The overall goal becomes hitting the right note on each tip of the triangle.

Balancing Individuality with Uniformity

TKWW prides itself on giving an equal platform to every user. That means every storefront must follow the same format, meet the same SEO requirements, and refrain from using any language that positions one photographer above another. This also needed to match each platform's cultural context. 

Honouring Multiple Brand Voices in One Place

Brand tone allows for a cohesive user experience which becomes complicated when a quirky, bold tone of voice meets TKWW's more inviting, neutral tone. I needed to showcase each photographer's unique voice so the right couple could find them, while keeping the overall vibe intact.
